They are required and obligated to fix their mistakes?RickandNadasehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17440625366611097007noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6350486159608688315.post-60674545638551372272013-01-03T10:52:58.478-08:002013-01-03T10:52:58.478-08:00TechMama, how did your meeting GO?

My advice for your pre-drywall: bring a LEVEL and check things like the windows ;) You'll know what I'm talking about if you've read my latest post. If you have second floor laundry, ask for additional cross members underneath. That is a quick thing they can do that may lessen vibration. All they have to do is add some 2x4s between the floor joists. Speaking of joists, check them...we had one that was cracked through and through. Check your rafters and make sure they are attached to your walls. We had a gap that was subsequently fixed. Make sure you have an attic access and that it is where you want it. Check outlet placement (if electric has gone in already). That's about all I can think of. Good luck! I can't wait to see what your PM has to say about the rough-in being covered.Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17790926191971819040noreply@blogger.com
