I just want to close already. I don't even want to see the house until I have the keys to unlock the door. Last I spoke with the LO, they were awaiting the appraisal. 3/15 seems like a year from now.
I'm praying that I get a call this week that I'm good to close.
Prayer answered! It is done, TechMama!
ReplyDeleteTHe 15th is around the CORNER. THis month is flying by!
ReplyDeleteMy wife and I have been following you through our entire Palermo build process. Wow you have been through a lot and have been a inspiration for us! Continue to pray, believe, and claim it. It's yours...you worked to hard for it not to be! God Bless!

Thank you so much for such kind words. I tried to be as honest as possible so that people out there who think they can't do it, know that they can. This has been absolutely trying but I am remaining faithful that it is all good. Stay tuned for closing :) Your home is beautiful, you guys made some great choices.
DeleteTechMama, any new NEWS! I can't to hear the clear to close news and confirmed closing date for March 15!!
ReplyDeleteHi Nadase! Well I did get a call on Monday that my loan had been APPROVED! There were a few conditions.. the normal stuff, paystubs for the 1000th time, proof of EMD clearing my account and bank statements.. I provided it all the same day and I'm now awaitng the official clear to close. Hopefully I'm still on for the 15th. These folks move as slow as molasses. The anticipation is THE workst.
DeleteHang in there. I think most of us had a few issues leading up to and even on our closing dates...seems like its par for the course. Praying that everything goes smoothly.
ReplyDeleteThat is correct! We were all asked to keep providing paperwork. We were clear to close and was working out the door and told to bring less money (YAY) and we were told we needed a address form faxed back.
ReplyDeleteFingers CROSSED you will close on March 15!
Good luck with the closing tomorrow.
